OMG I just had to share my experience with RealTruck and Truxedo's seamless warranty coverage. I bought my Pro X15 tailgate cover back in 2021. Unfortunately, the cover developed a tear. No problem because the cover came with a lifetime replacement warranty. 😊 I contacted customer support and they could not have been more professional, nice and helpful. At no cost to me they sent a replacement and I am now back in business. I highly recommend RealTruck and the Truxedo product line.

RealTruck is the RealDeal! Matt, Adam, and Zack have reminded me of what real customer service means. They communicated with me on the order status and installation (amazing, I did not have to call them, they called me, go figure), they were not pushy when it came to sales, they were friendly and smiled (nobody smiles anymore), and did an awesome job with the unique install I had on a RetraxPRO XR Manual Retractable Tonneau on my Tacoma Off-Road with ARB Sport Bar (Toyota said it could never be done - Matt made it happen and made it look factory good). Do you sometimes think these are fake reviews? It's not, I'm a genuine customer who just discovered this place and this is the first review I am writing on Google in over 10 years! Their awesome work is in the picture. BTW, RealTruck does not only sell these Tonneaus (and a lot more), they make it! A true Michigan company.
